There is no cost to use the Justice Passport. It is a free program supported by the Maryland Judiciary.

No, anyone can get a Justice Passport.
What is the Justice Passport for?
The Passport is to assist people in getting legal help. It includes instructions on which organizations to contact and their phone number and website. You can also upload documents to stay organized and securely share them with legal aid providers.
Where is the Passport available?
The Passport is available in all Maryland counties.
How do I sign up for the Passport?
Fill out the sign up form. You will receive an email with instructions for signing in to your Passport within 48 hours (but usually much quicker).
